A casual conversation between myself and my husband wondering why we have such busy streets in Joburg during the festive season turned into a full discussion of tourism statistics in Durban. As the numbers dipped, a surprised “Yhooo, that was a big drop!” escaped my lips. Little did I know, those words would become the spark for a profound realisation about my company’s name Big Drop.
